"Bar Dining FIVE Arrows" opened in Nishi-Shinjuku in August 2022 and is a bar dining where you can enjoy authentic meals and contemporary art until late at night, with a focus on whiskey and wine. Whiskey offers original whiskey bottles from barrel purchases. The entrance hall is decorated with green, and the glass displays and walls with contemporary art provide a special space where guests can feel excitement and surprise and forget about time. Conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, the casual French and Italian cuisine offered in a special atmosphere like a hotel lounge is appreciated by high-class businessmen working in Shinjuku.
As global interest in whisky continues to grow, our company purchases whisky casks and creates original whiskies by selecting bottle shapes, designing labels, and adjusting elements such as finishing and dilution. Our one-of-a-kind original whiskies offer an experience you won't find anywhere else.
We introduce our customers to cask ownership programs, primarily for Scotch whisky. In recent years, whisky casks have gained attention as a safe asset, boasting high appreciation rates during the aging process. As a cask owner, you can not only sell your entire cask but also bottle a few commemorative bottles and have them delivered to your home.

We operate one of Japan's largest whisky media platforms, which is used by renowned whisky figures from both Japan and abroad for visits and interviews. Many distinguished guests, including the legendary blender Richard Paterson, have visited us.
In addition to the origin of Bar Dining FIVE Arrows and the origin of the restaurant's name, we introduce the following five concepts.
In Nishi-Karuizawa, an area gaining attention in the whisky industry, we hosted a special event featuring guests such as Kotaro Taketsuru, the grandson of Masataka Taketsuru (known as Massan), founder of Nikka Whisky. The event brought together whisky makers (producers), purveyors (providers), and enthusiasts (connoisseurs) to fully explore and discuss the allure of whisky.
Producer Visits
Producer visits provide an opportunity to actually visit whisky distilleries and wineries and learn about their production processes. A visit to the distillery includes an introduction to the history, culture, and production process of the whisky, as well as the experience of tasting the whisky in person. During the winery visit, we will select grapes, design bottles, and produce original wines. Through the experience, we promote team building and communication between employees, and deepen the bonds between employees.
Overseas Training
During the overseas training program, participants visit whisky-producing countries such as Scotland and the United States, gaining in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience. These countries have a rich history and culture of whisky production, with their own unique manufacturing techniques and traditions. The training includes visits to renowned whisky distilleries and related companies, where participants learn about the whisky production process, quality control, and marketing strategies. This valuable learning opportunity also contributes to personal career development.
Special support when moving
Dedicated Moving Support is designed to ease the financial burden of relocation and help employees adjust smoothly to their new environment. Specifically, this includes introducing private properties and assisting with brokerage fees when moving. Employees don't have to worry about the cost of moving, and we help them adjust smoothly to their new environment.
